New Board Member at Alamy

Stock photo site Alamy has appointed Tim Pearson as a non-executive director to to provide an ‘additional perspective on strategy and corporate governance.’

He was CEO of RM, the leading provider of IT solutions to UK schools, colleges and universities, from 2002 until September 2008 and held a number of senior technical and service management positions at the company since 1981.

A past chairman of the Internet Service Providers Association, he attended the Harvard University Business School Advanced Management Program.
